Looking to track your order? When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from customerservice@gogakids.com with your tracking number. We primarily ship using E-Packet which you can track online.
Depending on Order Volume, this may take between 7-10 business days. Once you receive the email, follow these steps to easily check on your Delivery Status.
Note: these instructions will work for GOGA customers.
If your order is shipping to the USA, you can track your order using USPS tracking online using your tracking number.
Please note that if USPS Tracking status indicates that the package has not been received or it is not in the system, that means it is being processed or has left our warehouse and is on the way to the nearest USPS distribution center.
